Headliner will sound check first. We will back line the opening bands if possible and sound check the other bands before they play.
Load in times are
as follows:
· Headliner -- 4:30PM
· All other bands -- 5:00PM
Your band needs
to be on time.
(local/regional
bands) The first time you play the venue there will not be a guest list, so
anyone you bring with you needs to be prepared to pay the cover charge. After
you have played the venue you will receive three guests per band, any more
than this that you bring with you will need to pay the cover charge.
Please check in with the club manager before the
show and they will take care of your guests.
Pay out is based on the number of people there to see you and is as follows:
Regional indie
bands we do not charge you to play our stage however payouts will be based
on the same criteria as the local bands.
National touring bands payout per contracts/riders. Local support will receive no payout when playing with national acts.
We ask that each
band support the other bands and stay for the entire show if at all possible.
We pay the bands after the show.
We ask that you work hard to promote
the show even though we have a promotional team that will help you.
We reserve the right to change the lineup of the show if we determine it is
in the best interest of the bands and the crowd coming to the concert.
MERCHANDISE: We
allow selling of merchandise and take no percentage. There will be a table
and area for you to set up.
We book only Christian bands/entertainment.
This is because we are a Christian facility associated with a Christian church.
That means no smoking, no cussing, no drugs or alcohol and oddly enough (you
wouldn't think I would have to say this but I do) you will need to keep your
CLOTHES ON ! Yes, that's right no nudity!
If
you do not hear from us right away it does not mean your band will not be
considered for future shows. Many things must be taken into consideration
to make a show successful, such as: Music genre, band compatibility, fan base,
and other criteria.
We
have a large venue. Rooms to keep your equipment & a cafe/lounge upstairs.
We are capable of playing powerpoint presentions, videos, or DVD's if you
would like to add that to your show.
If you can, please send us a demo. If you cannot, send band bios and concert
history, including your ministry goals.
